By accessing or using SalonsInDubai.ae, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms or inquiries.
  • Use the platform respectfully and refrain from abusive or inappropriate behavior.
  • Automatically agree to our Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions, and our Terms of Use.

We do not impose age restrictions; however, by using this platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to engage with our services.

3. Booking Services

  • Bookings are facilitated via third-party widgets owned and managed by salon owners. SalonsInDubai.ae only hosts these widgets and does not guarantee the availability of appointments.
  • Any disputes regarding bookings, including availability, must be addressed directly with the salon.
  • Payment terms (e.g., deposits, full upfront payments) are determined by the salon owner. Refunds or cancellations must also be resolved with the respective salon.

4. Payments

  • We take no payments on this website. Any payment for a salon service is made directly to that salon.
  • SalonsInDubai.ae does not handle or store payment information.
  • For payment disputes, refunds, or cancellations, users must contact the salon directly.

5. Claiming and Managing Salon Listings

Salon owners can:

  • Claim Listings: Use the "Claim this salon business" button on their listing page to submit a claim request. After verification, they will gain access to update or edit the information.
  • Manage Google Listings: Handle their Google Maps listings independently for reviews or information accuracy.

6. Featured Listings and Visibility

  • Salon owners can pay to feature their listing for a limited time.
  • A Featured listing is a paid placement. For the paid period it:
    • Places the listing in the Featured positions on relevant pages.
    • Shows a "Featured" mark on the listing.
  • Points cannot be bought. A listing's points score, and its position outside the Featured slots, are earned from the listing's own data and cannot be paid for.
  • The "Verified" mark is separate from Featured and is not for sale. It states only that we have confirmed who runs a salon.

7. User-Generated Content

  • Google Reviews Integration: Reviews displayed on our platform are sourced from Google. Any disputes regarding reviews must be handled directly with Google.
  • Content Removal Requests: We reserve the right to remove inaccurate or inappropriate information on listings upon request or validation.

8. Third-Party Integrations

We use third-party tools and services for analytics, enquiry handling, security and performance, including:

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
  • GoHighLevel
  • Cloudflare

Bookings facilitated on our platform are managed by third-party widgets owned by salon owners. SalonsInDubai.ae is not responsible for:

  • How third-party services manage your data.
  • Errors or issues arising from their functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

SalonsInDubai.ae is not responsible for:

  • The accuracy or availability of salon services listed on the platform.
  • Booking disputes, payments, or refunds between users and salons.
  • Technical errors, downtime, or third-party integrations causing disruptions.

Users acknowledge that bookings are handled by salon owners, and our platform only facilitates the process.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes arising from these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
